- The product has been used or damaged by the customer

- Your order number
- Clear photos/videos showing the issue
- A short description of the problem

We’ll respond within 2–3 business days.

🚚 Do I Need to Return the Item?
In most cases, you don’t need to return the item. If the issue is verified, we may:
- Ship a replacement
- Provide a partial/full refund
- Offer a discount for your next purchase

💵 Refund Timeline:
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method and may take 5–10 business days depending on your provider.

2. Contact your provider
